This is a commission-based role for a driven, experienced closer who wants to earn in GBP working UK hours from South Africa.
GoZtartUp is a UK-based done-for-you service that helps healthcare and childcare professionals in the UK become compliant, regulator-ready business owners — we build and submit everything for them within 16 weeks while they remain employed. We are looking for our next high-ticket sales closer to join our team. You will be taking pre-booked, warm inbound calls with prospects who have already expressed interest in our programme. Your job is to have a genuine consultative conversation and help the right people make a decision.
This is not a cold calling role. You will not be chasing uninterested leads. Every call is scheduled in advance and every prospect knows why they are on the call.
£460 per month base salary, paid in GBP via Wise on the 1st of every month (approximately R10,000 at current exchange rates)
Tiered commission based on total deals closed each month: Tier 1 (1 to 8 deals) earns 7% upfront and 5% on payment plans, Tier 2 (9 to 15 deals) earns 9% upfront and 7% on payment plans, Tier 3 (16+ deals) earns 12% upfront and 9% on payment plans
When you cross a tier threshold mid-month, your entire month is paid at the higher tier rate
£30 bonus for every one-time full payment close
Monthly milestone bonuses starting at £400 when monthly cash collected exceeds £40,000, scaling up to £1,500 at £100,000
All commissions and bonuses paid twice monthly via Wise in GBP
Pre-booked warm inbound calls provided, no cold outreach required

Working hours: 10am to 6pm UK time (11am to 7pm SA summer, 12pm to 8pm SA winter)
• Based in South Africa — this is non-negotiable
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Experience selling high-ticket offers (£3,000+) is strongly preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Reliable internet connection with minimum 20Mbps download speed
• Your own laptop or computer in good working condition
• Self-motivated, accountable, and coachable
• Available to work UK hours consistently Monday to Friday
A solid closer in this role can realistically earn the following based on performance tier:
A Tier 1 closer hitting 5 deals per month earns approximately R56,000 per month total (base salary plus commission plus bonuses).
A Tier 2 closer hitting 12 deals per month earns approximately R168,000 per month total.
A Tier 3 closer hitting 20 deals per month earns approximately R345,000 per month total.
You receive £460 base salary regardless of performance, paid in GBP via Wise on the 1st of every month. All commissions are paid in GBP, twice monthly via Wise, on top of your base salary.
