Your personal information may be stored on servers located within the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. How We Protect Your Information

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

While we take security seriously, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Call Recording

We record video and audio of certain calls. This includes interviews with job applicants, and calls with prospective and existing clients conducted by our team.

We record these calls for the following purposes: to keep accurate records of our hiring decisions, to train and improve our team, to maintain the quality of our service, and to keep an accurate record of what was discussed and agreed on client calls.

We tell you at the start of any recorded call that it is being recorded, and you can decline. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will stop the recording or make other arrangements.

Our lawful basis for recording is our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, training our team, and keeping accurate records. Where you continue a call after being told it is recorded, we also rely on your consent. Where a call relates to entering into or performing an agreement with us, recording also supports that agreement.

Recordings are made and stored using our meeting platform, Zoom, and access is limited to the people in our business who need it, such as those involved in hiring or in managing client accounts. We do not sell recordings or share them with third parties, except where we are legally required to, or where a service provider processes them on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

We keep recordings only as long as we need them. Interview recordings of unsuccessful applicants are deleted within 30 days of the hiring decision, ahead of the wider 12-month retention of application data set out above. Client call recordings are retained in line with the contractual retention period set out above and then securely deleted. You can ask what recordings we hold about you, and ask us to delete them, by contacting our Information Officer at [email protected].

Under POPIA and UK GDPR you have the following rights:

Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
