We help UK healthcare and childcare professionals open their own regulated CQC or Ofsted businesses, building the entire business for them in 16 weeks. Our marketing books qualified calls every day. We need a Solutions Consultant to run the discovery call, show each prospect exactly what we do, and judge whether we are the right fit before the closing conversation.
The Solutions Consultant runs the discovery call with prospects the CSA has already qualified. This is where the prospect learns exactly what we do, how it works, and what they get. You explain the service in full, understand their situation, and judge whether there is a genuine fit. You never discuss pricing or figures. That is handled separately on the enrollment call.
Take each scheduled discovery call with a qualified prospect and lead the conversation with clarity and confidence.
Take the prospect through what we do, how the 16-week process works, and exactly what they receive as a client, drawing on a thorough knowledge of how everything works.
Understand the prospect's situation, goals, and circumstances, and judge whether the service is genuinely right for them. Only good-fit prospects who want to proceed move forward.
Pass good-fit prospects to the enrollment call for the pricing and closing conversation. For those who are not a fit, close the conversation honestly and courteously.
Log the outcome of each discovery call and your fit assessment, so the closer and the team know exactly where each prospect stands.
You never mention the investment, the price, or any figures. The prospect should leave the discovery call understanding fully what we do and whether it is right for them, and should discuss cost only on the enrollment call. Keeping pricing entirely separate is deliberate, and holding that line is central to the role.
Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday, 09:00 to 19:00 UK time. UK time is currently the same as Nigeria (West Africa Time). Fixed daytime schedule. No overnight shifts.
Remote. Based in Nigeria. You need a quiet home office, reliable internet, and a working laptop with webcam.
This is a role for someone who can hold a consultative conversation and read fit with honesty. We want closer instincts, because strong performers move into the closer role.
